DOT Essentials Package:       

• Consortium Management
• We assist in implementing drug and alcohol testing programs and help keep you compliant with the DOT/FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Testing rules and regulations.
• As your Consortium/Third-Party Administrators (C/TPAs), CTS will manage your DOT drug and alcohol testing program, including maintaining required testing records.
• CTS will manage your DOT random testing program, including those of owner-operators who are not permitted to manage random testing themselves.

• Clearinghouse Management 
• The Clearinghouse is a centralized database used to report drug and alcohol program violations and to conduct queries, which check that current or prospective employees are not prohibited from performing safety-sensitive functions, such as operating a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) due to an unresolved drug and alcohol program violation.
• Queries must be conducted as part of a pre-employment driver investigation, and at least annually for current employees.
• As your designated consortium/third-party administrator (C/TPA) CTS will manage your drivers on your company’s behalf, reporting violations and conducting mandatory yearly queries.

• Quest Lab Locations Discount
• Through our partnership with Quest Diagnostics, CTS clients who send their drivers to a Quest Diagnostics Location receive a discount.
